This role involves providing prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to customers via email and live chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Salary: $39,000 – $59,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat channels.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve service and product offerings.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
• Adhere to company procedures and privacy policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or remote setting.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Comfortable multitasking and handling several conversations simultaneously.
• A calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.
