Role Overview

As an Ecosystem Solution Architect (AI x Web3), you will be a trusted technical mentor for developers building on NEAR, guiding them from hackathons to fully scaled AI applications.

You will work directly with founders, developers, and teams, helping them architect, optimize, and integrate AI and blockchain technologies into real-world use cases. Your role goes beyond troubleshooting—you will be advising on AI-agent infrastructure, smart contract architecture, and scaling AI x Web3 applications in the NEAR ecosystem. This role requires deep blockchain and AI technical expertise, strong communication skills, and experience in developer enablement, startup incubation, or technical consulting.
