Role Overview

The eCommerce & Customer Marketing Senior Analyst is a key member of the eCommerce and customer marketing team, responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying the drivers of results, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that support growth across retailers and internal partners.

What You Will Do

Lead analysis of eCommerce business performance, shopper marketing campaigns, customer marketing initiatives, and investment effectiveness to identify the drivers and drags of performance and recommend actions to improve results. Synthesize customer, consumer, retailer, and internal data into clear business stories with strong “so what” and “now what” recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
