E-commerce Customer Support Specialist (Zendesk & Shopify)

And we’re looking for a E-commerce Customer Support Specialist (Zendesk & Shopify) to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Manage and clear the high-volume Zendesk email support queue
    • Process customer order entries
    • Handle product returns and exchanges
    • Categorize support tickets by issue for operational analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience (mid-level, able to work independently)
    • Prior experience with Zendesk (required)
    • Prior experience with Gorgias (required)
    • Prior experience with Shopify (required)
  • Preferred (not mandatory):

    • Experience with Loop Returns
