Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to lead mid-enterprise sized projects across various verticals, including manufacturing, retail, and professional services. As a consultant, you'll work closely with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Your expertise in customization, configuration, and project lifecycle management will be essential in delivering successful projects that meet our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead mid-enterprise sized Dynamics 365 CE projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions that meet business needs.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet client requirements, including workflows, business rules, and data models.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their needs, provide project updates, and address concerns.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including best practices, new features, and troubleshooting.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Travel: Travel to client sites across the US (approximately 10-20% of the time) to deliver project requirements and provide on-site support.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Dynamics 365 CE Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including features, functionality, and best practices.
- Customization and Configuration: Skilled in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE, including workflows, business rules, and data models.
- Project Lifecycle Experience: Full Dynamics project lifecycle experience, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-suite executives.
- Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a consulting environment, including delivering full end-to-end Dynamics CRM projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus: Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus and their integration with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or related technologies.
