To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation. You should also have strong organizational skills, advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications. Familiarity with SAP or similar applications is a plus, as is experience in the beverage industry.
