Role Overview
Aero is seeking a seasoned operations leader to serve as a Duty Manager, responsible for the safe, coordinated, and efficient execution of daily flight operations across the US. The ideal candidate combines deep operational knowledge with strong vendor management and interpersonal skills.
What You Will Do
Exercise tactical oversight of daily flight operations, maximize aircraft and crew utilization, monitor schedules, develop and implement disruption recovery plans, and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a 14 CFR Part 121 and/or large Part 135/91K Operations Control Center as a licensed dispatcher or in a position with oversight of dispatch
- 2+ years of experience as a Duty Manager in a 14 CFR Part 121 and/or large Part 135/91K OCC
- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License (required)
- Strong understanding of 14 CFR Part 135 regulations, dispatch requirements, and international/oceanic operations
