Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher, preferred but no required.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (remote or in-office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the gig economy or familiarity with remote work is a plus.
