Dispatcher — Frac Sand Hauling (North Dakota)

Real-time operational dispatch for our frac sand hauling operation. This is hands-on coordination — not OTR dispatch or freight brokering. You’ll actively route drivers, track loads live, and make fast calls on weights, road restrictions, and timing. What you’ll do • Coordinate and route 6–30 trucks in real time • Track loads live; verify tickets, weights, and schedules • Monitor road restrictions and weight limits continuously • Keep tight communication with drivers, clients, and teammates • Hand off cleanly to other dispatchers between shifts Shifts • Weekend Days: Fri–Sun, 5 AM–5 PM • Nights: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 5 PM–5 AM Pay: $18–$22/hr to start, based on experience. Advancement and raises based on performance. You need • Hands-on experience in trucking/operational dispatch, oilfield logistics, or heavy equipment coordination • Comfort multitasking across multiple systems under time pressure for a full 12-hour shift • Your own computer (one monitor required, two preferred), Teams, Google Maps, Google Sheets When the application asks for a word, enter Crowell. Frac sand or oilfield experience is a strong plus. Not a fit if your background is mainly freight brokering, load-booking, or OTR dispatch.
