Summary of Position

RYNO is seeking a Director of Marketing & Partnerships to continue scaling the engine that has established RYNO as the undisputed authority in the Home Services ecosystem. This is a high-leverage leadership position; you will own the brand strategy, our high-impact content engine, and the architecture of our partner ecosystem.

The role encompasses three key pillars:

  1. Embody the Brand: Serve as the "Face of the Brand," personifying RYNO’s authority across all social channels and national stages.
  2. Strategic Distribution: Evolve our partnership roadmap into a high-leverage network of strategic alliances with industry leaders and manufacturers.
  3. Commandeer Content: Scale our content engine that translates technical expertise into market dominance.

We are looking for a marketing athlete who bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and day-to-day execution. You have a proven track record of marketing professional service providers at scale, but you aren’t a manager of managers who hides behind decks. You are a high-visibility storyteller who can direct a world-class production on Monday and lead a keynote on Thursday.

You will fully own the Pitch to Podium lifecycle, owning the end-to-end strategic process: from identifying high-impact industry events and pitching yourself and our leadership to secure coveted main-stage slots, to delivering keynotes, moderating panels, and hosting industry-facing video events. You will shape how the market understands RYNO’s value and build narratives that ensure every industry interaction is leveraged into a direct business opportunity.
