Job Description:
• Establish and administer global EHS policies, standards, procedures, and programs across the organization to ensure ongoing effectiveness and global compliance.
• Recommend and implement changes in accordance with changes in laws globally.
• Drive reputed company improvement in key performance metrics including LTIR, TRIR, incidents, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in safety engineering, industrial safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, business administration or reputed company discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years Environmental Health & Safety experience with at least 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory reputed company in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years prior experience implementing a Global EHS program.
• Ability to motivate and influence others at reputed company levels to reputed company safety & environmental objectives.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to communicate effectively.
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing principles and assembly production is required.
• Experience using MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook.
• Ability to work across multiple organizations and business functions in a fast-paced environment.
