Job Description:
• Direct a multi-disciplinary team ensuring efficient country operations support
• Develop and implement project and change management plans
• Represents Global Country Operations leadership in digital and AI solutions
• Collaborate and align with Business Process Owners and project leaders
• Develop Key Performance Indicators to facilitate oversight
• Support regional oversight leaders with portfolio planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in clinical development operations
• or MBA/MS with at least 7 years’ experience
• or PhD or JD with at least 5 years of experience
• Recognized as an expert within the organisation
• Advanced understanding of clinical trial regulation and compliance
• Prior line and functional/matrix management experience
