Dental Sales Closer — Remote (USA) | $150K–$200K OTE (not a cushy job)
The Role
This is not an easy gig. It's a high-performance sales role with daily targets, call recordings reviewed by the team, and zero room to coast.
The leads are warm. The money is real. And we have a lot of fun as a sales team. But you earn it — every single day. If you're looking for a cruisy remote job where nobody checks your numbers, or you plan to work from your kitchen or living room with family in the background — this isn't it.
We generate warm leads for premium dental clinics across The United States — specifically for All-on-X full-mouth dental implant treatments (procedures worth $20,000–$50,000+). Your job is to call these warm leads, build trust quickly, educate them on the treatment, and book qualified appointments that actually show up taking a payment over the phone.
What You'll Do
• Boot camp training on "dental implants product knowledge" & learn how to sell them
• Listen to sales recordings from top sales performers
• Memorize our proven sales script
• Call and follow up with warm leads who've enquired about dental implant treatment
• Handle objections, and book qualified appointments that show up by taking a deposit
• Guide potential patients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
• Hit daily call targets
• Hit daily booking targets
• Work closely with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality
• Track all activity in our custom CRM
Who We're Looking For
• Excellent attitude towards work
• Someone who realizes the money is in the daily grind and doing the boring stuff
• Proven phone sales experience — insurance sales, solar sales, high-ticket B2C closers, or similar
• You're comfortable having real conversations with real people about a high-value decision
• Strong closer who also knows how to listen — this isn't hard-sell, it's trust-building
• Self-motivated and disciplined — you're working remote, so you need to own your day
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet dedicated workspace (attach a photo of your work space)
• American-based (any state)
