Job Description
Delta Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving their inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booking and modifying flight reservations, providing travel information, and resolving any issues.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Delta’s products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
