Job Summary:Delta Airlines is looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our remote data entry team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data into Deltas systems, supporting operational efficiency across various departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in Deltas internal databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Assist in compiling and organizing data reports for different departments.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
- Respond to inquiries related to data discrepancies and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company data entry standards and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50-60 words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
- Strong communication skills to interact with other team members and departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with remote work or virtual collaboration tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with airline or travel industry systems and processes is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- This is a remote, full-time or part-time position with flexible working hours.
- Must be available to work between 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on availability and workload.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons.

- Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
