As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about flights, handling reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate customers on Deltas policies, procedures, and services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.
