Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our Customer Success, Service & Operations department. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and providing administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and quality
- Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as required
- Meet deadlines and productivity standards, working independently with minimal supervision
- Develop and maintain knowledge of data entry software and systems, making recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data security
Essential Qualifications
- Proven data entry work experience, preferably as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks
- Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners
- Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and quality
- Organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and meet deadlines
