As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining our database while adhering to guidelines for data integrity and security.Pay:$19.50 - $31.00 per hourJob:Full timeResponsibilities:

• Enter and update data in our database system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Compile and maintain relevant databases according to company policies.
• Generate and distribute regular reports highlighting data trends and discrepancies.
• Assist in the data collection and management processes across various departments.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Identify and rectify errors in data entry and maintain data integrity standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years preferred.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
