The role will cover order queries, billing questions, product access or login issues, and general support communication. The person must be comfortable in a fast-moving support environment, service-oriented, and emotionally steady when solving client problems throughout the day.

Key Requirements
- 2-3+ years of customer support / customer service / client service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, direct messages, and some calls or virtual meetings.
- Able to handle complaint-driven or troubleshooting-led conversations without becoming reactive.
- Confident learning product workflows and communicating them clearly to end users.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to follow process while still showing initiative.
- You genuinely enjoy customer service.
- Clear communication.
- Stay calm when handling complaints or troubleshooting.
- Open to UK-aligned schedules and at least one support seat covering Saturdays.
