Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
• Work with confidential customer information and maintain sensitivity and discretion
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused
• Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language
• Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, remaining calm and composed under pressure
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, following established procedures
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records
• Provide feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
• Upsell or cross-sell products or services when required, using a customer-centric approach

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with minimal supervision
• High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
• Over 18 years of age, with a valid identification and proof of age
• Ability to type 25 words per minute, with a strong typing accuracy
• Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
• Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of customer interactions

Work from Home Requirements

• Reliable internet connection, with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, ensuring a stable and efficient connection
• Proof of internet speed required, to ensure compliance with our technical requirements
• Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
