We're looking for a self-starter, problem-solver, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retention Specialist. As a Retention Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Retention Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting and engaging with customers over the phone, chat, email, and social media to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Managing multiple customer interaction channels efficiently, multitasking to find information while communicating with customers.
- Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated questions and providing best-in-class service experiences.
- Building long-term relationships with customers while problem-solving and turning potentially negative experiences into positive interactions.
- Maintaining key metrics such as CSAT, customer retention, daily customer interactions, and response time.

- 2+ years of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
