Job Summary:

- Promote Delta Airlines products and services to customers where applicable.
- Stay updated with the latest company policies, travel regulations, and customer service best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including email, chat tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Comfortable working with various technology platforms (training provided for specific Delta systems).
- Positive attitude, team player, and proactive in finding solutions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the travel or airline industry is a plus but not required.
- Experience working remotely is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
