Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet.
- Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and provide fingerprints as part of the selection process.
