Job Description
Amazon is seeking dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of inquiries and issues from our customers via phone, chat, and email. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email
