Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
