Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and customer service software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
