Job Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Schedule appointments with interested customers.
Follow company scripts and communication guidelines.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
Update appointment details and customer records.
Work closely with the team to meet daily and weekly goals.
Requirements
Must be currently located in the United States.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Previous customer service or appointment setting experience is a plus but not required.
