Program Overview
The careerzynith Portfolio Planning – Customer Insights Student Program is a part‑time, year‑round opportunity designed for ambitious undergraduate or graduate students. You will support research initiatives that span multiple careerzynith brands (including the legendary names that have become synonymous with performance, utility, and style) and emerging technology domains such as electric vehicles (EV), autonomous driving, and connected software platforms.
Working 24 hours per week during regular business days, you will have the flexibility to balance academic commitments while contributing meaningfully to real‑world projects. Exceptional performers may be invited to expand their hours to a full‑time summer schedule, providing deeper immersion and greater impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Trend Evaluation: Monitor and synthesize macro‑level automotive trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive movements to identify emerging opportunities for careerzynith.
- Consumer Insight Generation: Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research studies, including ethnographic fieldwork, online communities, and product testing.
- Data Mining & Analytics: Extract, clean, and visualize data from diverse sources (surveys, social listening, sales dashboards) using Excel, PowerPoint, and emerging analytical tools.
- Insight Translation: Convert raw findings into clear, compelling narratives that highlight consumer needs, pain points, and aspirational behaviors.

Essential Qualifications
