About the Role
The Customer Experience Professional role is designed to provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding and responding to customer needs in a professional and timely manner. As a Customer Experience Professional at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering effective, customer-centric support across various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with purchases, services, and other inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize available resources and strong judgment to determine the best course of action and/or optimal solution while interacting with customers through various channels.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously and multitask efficiently to accurately input data while gathering necessary information to address customer inquiries.
- Determine and assist with all customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, feedback on store experience, or general blithequark inquiries.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, offerings, services, pricing information, and other customer questions.
- Leverage problem-solving skills and remain calm under pressure to resolve increasingly complex problems.
- Recognize and act on sales opportunities, including following up as necessary to ensure customer needs are met or to provide additional information after researching questions.
- Connect with customers on a personal level, showing empathy and establishing rapport to inspire positive interactions.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers through accurate and efficient delivery of information to resolve issues/concerns and help them define product/project needs and desires.
- Practice continuous learning and self-development by remaining actively engaged in ongoing learning of blithequark's business and Contact Center resources.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Proficiency using basic computer tools and navigating between applications
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of customer service, reading, and writing
- A minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s DOWNLOAD and 5mb/s UPLOAD
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing environment

Compensation and Benefits
