Job Summary

The Credit Products Shared Services Analyst is responsible for executing a variety of initiatives and activities which support the Credit Products organization. Analysts will work closely with other Credit Products and cross-functional team members to scope, plan and execute initiatives and activities including enabling scalable, high-quality support for the streamlined underwriting vertical, financial statement spreading and related shared service functions across the Commercial & Private Banking division. The analyst serves as a key liaison between Credit Products colleagues, external vendors, and cross-functional partners. In addition to overseeing outsourced support, the role also contributes to key initiatives that improve credit underwriting processes and support frameworks across multiple business units.

This position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.
