Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Strategist & Designer to act as the primary client point of contact for a fast-paced agency. This role seamlessly combines graphic design, data-driven marketing strategy, and client account management, making it ideal for a collaborative multi-tasker with a strong US-CPG design portfolio and the ability to thrive in a full-time, EST-aligned remote environment.
Core Tasks:
- Act as the point of contact for client communication and work delivery (primarily via Slack)
- Assist clients in translating ad concepts into ad angles
- Design static images and motion graphics to support various client projects
- Review ad performance reports and summarize into actional client recommendations
- Flag roadblocks early and surface issues before they become delays
- Work closely with other departments to consistently deliver high quality client work on time
- Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy as needed
Must Haves:
- 2 - 4+ years experience in a client-facing creative strategist role
- 2 - 4+ years experience as a graphic designer (preferably in a fast-paced agency setting)
- Portfolio demonstrating a history of design work for US-based CPG brands
- Intermediate-advanced graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive in communication
- Confident in managing timelines and juggling multiple projects and tasks at once
- Excellent (C-level) English communication and project management skills
- Ability to work full-time EST aligned

- Background working with fashion, beauty and / or apparel brands
