Shuggr (سكر) is an online social network empowering the gay and trans community by connecting hundreds of thousands of users every day.

Your Role as Content Moderator

• Review user-generated content including images, videos, and texts to maintain a safe and enjoyable platform for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and handle user violations of our terms of service.
• Maintain high-quality standards of content across the platform.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish languages at CEFR level A1 or higher.
• Proficiency in English language at CEFR level B1 or higher.
• Bias-free content review ability, unaffected by personal beliefs, interests, or preferences.
• Ability to handle unexpected, sensitive, intense, or challenging content.
• Responsible and driven individual with curiosity to learn, discover, and grow.
• Passion for building a product that connects and inspires people.
• Interest in empowering the gay and transgender community.
• Commitment to working at least 20 hours per week.
