As a Computer Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing technical support to our employees. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure compliance with computer security policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of IT experience (recent college graduates will be considered)
- Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
- Proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
- Experience with IT support in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work on a 3rd shift (onsite position)
