Inner Peace Clinical Services is actively seeking a skilled and empathetic Mental Health Counselor, holding an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license, to join our dynamic team. Work Environment
This role operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility in both work hours and environment. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, laying the groundwork for effective therapeutic interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored specifically to each client’s unique situation.
• Hold regular counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness-based strategies to facilitate client progress.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as necessary based on feedback and observable outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.
• Strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and ethical standards relevant to the practice of mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing empathetic support to clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating professional integrity and accountability.
Preferred Experience
• Previous experience providing telehealth counseling services, particularly within a remote or hybrid work model.
• Hands-on experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs.
• Experience working with specific client populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with substance abuse issues, is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Inner Peace Clinical Services values the contributions of our employees and offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
