Position Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between top clinical talent and our hiring managers—sourcing, engaging, and nurturing candidates through a variety of recruiting strategies. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care by bringing in the people who make it possible.

What You’ll Do
- Source and attract qualified therapists using diverse recruiting and sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, and community outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote opportunities.
- Organize and host in-house recruitment events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and check references.
- Maintain accurate job postings and applicant tracking system records.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress to leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Support other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years).
- 1–3 years of professional experience (recruiting preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, exceed metrics and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, especially in clinical or outpatient physical therapy settings.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and clinical roles.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office, remote, and on-site recruiting environments.
- Standard business hours (Monday–Friday), with occasional evenings/weekends for events.
- Up to 20% domestic travel.
- Light to moderate physical demands (e.g., sitting, standing, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs).
