Role Overview
The Clinical Supervisor manages a team of Nurse Case Managers to deliver safe and effective home care services. They develop and implement plans, collaborate with the Director, and ensure compliance with regulations.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Supervisor will coordinate services, develop and implement plans, review productivity information, and provide on-call backup. They will also provide support and direction to agency staff, educate on clinical services, and facilitate problem-solving sessions.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting or equivalent experience with one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of home care federal and state regulations
- Knowledge of reimbursement sources and documentation requirements within home health care
