Job Summary
We're looking for a Client Success Manager II to support our clients' Supply Chain Defense experience. As a Client Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of client relationships, serve as the operational interface among various BlueVoyant teams, and drive client engagement. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business drivers, risk tolerance, and industry trends, and provide strategic guidance on cyber security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Own a portfolio of client relationships and individual client journeys from onboarding to steady state.
- Operational Interface: Serve as the operational interface among various BlueVoyant operations teams to ensure consistent quality of service delivery, steward client issues, and facilitate feedback.
- Client Experience: Manage the client experience to achieve a likelihood to recommend rating, drive successful service renewals, and engage clients in case studies and marketing events.
- Strategic Advisor: Serve as a strategic advisor with guidance on cyber security best practices and industry trends.
- Business Reviews: Utilize monthly and quarterly business review cadence to ensure intentional and consistent communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Client Success team continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Qualifications
- Cyber Security Experience: 3-5 years of cyber security experience, preferably with a background in vendor-risk management, GRC, or third-party risk.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with investment firms and/or private equity firms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Cyber Security Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems and SIEM software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cyber Security Certifications: Advanced knowledge of cyber security business products, industry trends, and best practices.
- Client Business Drivers: Ability to understand client business drivers and risk tolerance and apply industry trends.
- BlueVoyant Differentiators: Understanding of BlueVoyant differentiators and ability to communicate our value.
