The initiative aims to enhance efficiency, standardization, and effectiveness of information management and digital processes across the provincial healthcare system.

Position Summary

The Change Management Specialist will lead and execute organizational change strategies supporting large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and training development, with a strong focus on healthcare environments and digital transformation.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, clinical stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
