Overview
We're a library technology company, and we regularly talk to certified school and public librarians to understand how libraries actually run day to day. We're building a small pool of librarians we can reach out to, from time to time, for paid interviews.
This is not a full-time job and there's no ongoing commitment. You opt in, and we'll reach out from time to time. If it works for your schedule, great. If not, no problem.
What you'd do
• Join a 30–60 minute video interview about your work — the tools you use, your workflows, what's frustrating, what you wish existed.
• Share honest opinions. There are no wrong answers; we're learning from your experience.
• No prep or homework required.
Pay
• $75/hour, paid promptly after each session.
Requirements
• Current, active certification (MLS/MLIS) as a school or public librarian in the US.
• Comfortable on a video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar).
• Willing to speak candidly about your day-to-day work, the tools you use, etc.
