We power the estate planning services of an affiliated law firm, Hargrove Firm, with attorneys across 50 states delivering estate plans for the $1–50M wealth segment. We are building the infrastructure to support the next phase of that growth — and the Advisor Success team is at the center of it. The Role We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Representative to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective advisor partners, managing a high volume of inbound interest while also proactively engaging registered investment advisors (RIAs), wealth management firms, and other strategic referral sources. Working closely with the SVP of Partnerships, you will play a critical role in expanding adoption of the NetLaw platform and growing Hargrove Firm's referral network. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly build credibility with financial professionals. You will guide prospective partners through the discovery process, coordinate demonstrations, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and help create a seamless experience from initial conversation through activation. What You'll Do Collaborate with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Practice Group teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound referral and partnership leads. Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets, including pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls assigned to the Partnerships team. Collaborate with the SVP of Partnerships and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis of partnership performance. Ensure CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track partnership opportunities. Generate qualified meetings and a strong partnership pipeline within strategic and targeted accounts. Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan for new referral partnerships. Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective partners. Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, AdvizorPro, and other platforms to uncover new partnership opportunities and build trust with prospective referral sources. Keep up to date with the legal services industry, estate planning trends, and the competitive landscape. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the referral and partnership development process, along with Hargrove Firm's service and value propositions. Prioritize client and partner needs, ensuring a positive experience throughout the relationship-development process. Who You Are Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered 3+ years of as a business development, sales development, or partnerships representative, ideally within legal services, financial services, or a related SaaS environment, looking to progress their career. Solid understanding of Hubspot, LinkedIn and AdvizorPro. Strong history of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience working both inbound and outbound channels. Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling. Passion for team collaboration and helping others succeed.
