Financial Recovery Technologies is a rapidly growing startup providing a comprehensive Compliance workflow management solution in the RegTech space. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings so our sales execs can focus on closing deals
- Make high volume of cold calls each day to prospects
- Grow Skematic’s market share by seeking out opportunities and converting prospects into qualified leads
- Set appointments for AE’s & CRO and track metrics and performance against set targets
- Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects
- Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing and CRM tools

- Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role
- Experience working in Financial Services, RegTech, Compliance, or Fintech and selling to those clientele
