We are always hiring top performing sales champions. This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon or the comfort of your living room.

YOUR MISSION

Working hand in hand with Severine, your Sales Coach, you will be part of a top team of sales professionals that are in the driver seat to impact lives of thousands of people.

You will be part of a team of like minded top performing sales champions,collaborating with all the other departments to win and never giving up… All because you know that each sale is one life positively impacted

Your primary objective will be to create new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings.

Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession of excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products but crafting experiences.

You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level and becoming an iconic brand.

To do so, here are your 4 responsibilities :

1 | Student Acquisition

You identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses.
You generate new leads through email outreach to potential students.
You aim to secure 1 to 3 new students enrollments daily.

2 | Proactive Sourcing

You organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings.
You initiate outbound calls to qualified leads who are familiar and excited to chat with us.
You propose any innovative way of identifying new students who could impact our business.

3 | CRM Management ️

You manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot.
You ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.
You're ready to leverage CRM for improved efficiency and effectiveness, and to identify new opportunities.

4 | Tackling Objections

You review 2-3 call recordings per week to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills.
You are ready to propose 1-5 fresh ideas per month to enhance our offerings.

5 | Event Participation

You actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products.
You assist in or lead at least two webinars per month
