About the position
The VBC Brand Designer role will support the development and execution of creative across some of the world’s most iconic vehicle brands. This is a hybrid hands-on design and art-direction role. You will contribute to concept development, execution of final assets, and collaborate closely with senior creatives, cross-functional teams, external creative agencies and vendors to bring brand storytelling and identity to life across multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities
• Translate brand strategy and guidelines into strong concepts and creative solutions.
• Execute creative assets across print, digital, social, retail, and experiential.
• Develop production-ready layouts with high attention to typography, composition, and detail.
• Prepare presentations including mood boards, mockups, and creative decks.
• Provide art direction and feedback to external agencies and vendors under senior creative guidance.
• Uphold a high-level of creative craft.
• Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and Marketing teams to refine and execute ideas.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and professionally.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized files and adhere to production workflows to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in-house preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel brand execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation building tools.
• Experience in print and digital design; social or experiential experience a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to support creative development.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and layout.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
