Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using AppFolio.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations regularly.
- Maintain accurate financial records through consistent data entry.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Communicate with tenants or property owners when necessary regarding billing or payment inquiries.
- Ensure records are organized and compliant with company accounting procedures.
