About the Practice
We are a growing telehealth-focused counseling and sleep practice dedicated to both mental health and sleep care, with a primary clinical emphasis on insomnia and sleep-related concerns. While our core expertise lies in behavioral sleep medicine, we also provide general counseling and psychotherapy to support the broader mental health needs of our adult clients (18+).
We believe strongly in the connection between sleep and mental well-being. Our team is made up of dedicated therapists, psychologists, and operations professionals who care deeply about both patient outcomes and clinician experience. We aim to build sustainable, ethical, long-term systems that support high-quality care—without burdening clinicians with administrative work. Billing and revenue cycle operations are a core part of that mission.
