Join a Global Customer Support Team
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both German and English to join a growing international support team.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional support across multiple communication channels.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide assistance to customers through voice, chat, email, and ticket-based support channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Assisting customers with account access, account management, and general support requests
Responding to customer questions via phone, chat, email, and support tickets
Investigating and resolving customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Accurately documenting customer interactions and case notes
Following established procedures and escalation processes
Maintaining service quality and productivity standards
Schedule
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CET/CEST (German Time)
Please note that business hours may change in the future based on operational requirements.
Training
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Approximately 4 to 5 weeks
Compensation
$8.00 USD per hour
Paid weekly (in arrears)
