Job description: Job Description:Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a RILA Pricing AVP Actuary!About the roleThis position is expected to manage the RILA product pricing within the Retirement division. The overall scope of responsibilities will include determining product strategy in collaboration with other multi-disciplinary teams, monitoring the competitive landscape and determining rate setting practices for new policies and renewals, staying up-to-date with upcoming regulatory changes, pricing new innovative product features and communicating risks to senior management, and optimizing results.
