Responsibilities
- Drive client engagements by problem structuring and defining workflows
- Draw conclusions from complex data sets and generate insights
- Deliver presentations and manage relationships
- Participate in new business development and drive thought leadership
- Collaborate with project teams and academic experts to shape projects
- Use sophisticated data modeling and econometric techniques to develop insights
- Create structure from ambiguity and lead client engagements to successful outcomes
Skills
- Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics or Mathematical Statistics with modules in macro-finance, capital markets, financial modeling, corporate finance, valuations
- Relevant professional or internship experience within investment banking, asset/wealth management, financial consulting or private equity
- Adaptability to ambiguous problems and ability to learn quickly with a passion for excellence
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and develop financial models
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas
- You must have already graduated to be eligible for this role
