Associate Director - Campaign Strategy

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Campaign Strategy Associate Director to lead the development and orchestration of full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels.

This role is responsible for driving audience engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue impact through campaign strategy, cross-channel integration, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate combines strong campaign leadership with working fluency in marketing automation (HubSpot) and paid media (LinkedIn and Google Ads)—with a focus on strategy, orchestration, execution and performance optimization. This is an individual contributor role.
