• Ambition - Our team rocks and loves to achieve and succeed!
• A genuine interest in photography, videography, and real estate - we want you to love the industry and relate to our clients. If you watch Chip and Jo reruns, you are probably a good fit.
• 2-3 years of photography and/or videography experience required. Experience does not have to be real estate specific, but must be in commercial media production.
• 2+ years of experience as a trainer is required.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Must be coachable and willing to follow systems and processes
• Have a great attitude - you are a good vibes only type of person
• Must be super competitive - you want to win, you want to grow (personally and professionally), and you want your teammates to win too!
• Have a belief in good old fashioned quality customer service
• Have reliable transportation
• Must obtain the Part 107 remote drone pilots license (must be completed prior to start date)
• This position requires you to work at the FPM office and in the field at photo shoots

Duties and responsibilities

• Learn how to capture all media to FPM’s standards
• Deliver an outstanding experience to customers at all times.
• Serve as the photographer of choice for special projects
• Train photographers/drone pilots according to FPM's standards, policies, and processes
• Manage other trainers and ensure all FPM standards, policies, and processes are being taught properly
• Hold the team accountable for continuing to follow FPM standards, policies, and processes
• Contribute to the positive vibe and high energy of the team!
• Identify and develop leaders that can become trainers
• Serve as the area manager's right hand teammate
• Address customer escalations and diffuse situations where we might have missed the mark - then ensure we don't make the same mistake in the future!
• Track weekly stats and numbers to ensure the location is on track for success
• Attend weekly management meetings to discuss stats and receive coaching from the district manager
• Contribute to weekly team photographer meetings to educate, inspire, and motivate the photography team
• Perform quality assurance reviews of media and ensure on time delivery of all media to customers daily

• Includes every other Saturday morning (can be completed remotely)
• Take ownership of complex issues and find resolutions
